Study on Foaming Agent System of Heavy Oil Foam Flooding

In the process of foam flooding in heavy oil fields, the performance of single foaming agent is unstable. In view of this difficult problem, a new foaming agent system for foam flooding is designed in this paper. The foam synthesis index and temperature and salt resistance are taken as the evaluation indexes by Waring⁃Blender agitation method four kinds of foaming agents such as betaine, CTAB, SDBS and SDS were selected. The best foaming agents were betaine and CTAB. Through the experimental selection of different proportion of foaming single agent, the oil washing ability test and sand filling tube simulation experiment of CTAB and betaine system with 2∶1 ratio were carried out. The results show that the foaming agent system have good temperature and salt resistance and strong oil washing ability. In the sand⁃filled pipe simulation experiment, the two displacement modes of steam flooding plus foam flooding and steam foam alternating injection flooding are compared. The results show that the oil recovery can reach 60.7% by alternately injecting steam and foam fluid into the reservoir, which has certain reference value.

Study on Evaluation Method of Energy Consumption of   Centrifugal Pump Based on Fuzzy Mathematics

According to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and referring to the national standard, the evaluation index of the energy consumption of the centrifugal pump system and the evaluation system of the centrifugal pump system were established. By using the theory of fuzzy mathematics, a complete evaluation method was formed.Using Matlab to solve the matrix of the largest features to determine the weight of each factor.The threshold value of each factor was obtained by statistical method, and the fuzzy matrix of each factor was obtained.The evaluation of energy consumption of a centrifugal pump in a factory was carried out. The evaluation results showed that the pump efficiency was the main factor affecting the centrifugal pump system;the energy consumption grade of the centrifugal pump system was 2, and the overall operation of the system was reasonable; in the single factor evaluation, the energy efficiency level of transmission efficiency was 4, which indicated that the drive mechanism was not running properly and needed to be handled.Therefore, this method had an important guiding significance for the energysaving transformation of the centrifugal pump system.

Experimental Study on Cooking Fume Purifier with Corona Discharge

According to the principle of atomizing corona discharge, a cooking fume purifier was made, and the volt-ampere characteristic curve of atomization condition and non-atomization condition, purification efficiency and discharge current were studied. The results showed that the discharge current of atomizing corona discharge was higher than the non atomizing corona discharge current, either positive or negative corona discharge; it was not conducive to the purification of earthed negative corona discharge cooking fume purification weather the flow too large or too small; cooking fume purifier efficiency were decreased with the increase of wind speed under both condition; the efficiency and the discharge current of atomizing corona discharge cooking fume purifier was almost unchanged with the increase of application time, while both of them decrease under the non-atomizing corona.

Experimental Research of ASP Flooding Based on the 45°Angle Oil Sands Reservoir

Based on the typical oil sands of the 45° angle reservoir somewhere in Gansu province as the research object, an experimental model with the application of sodium hydroxide, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid and anionic polyacrylamide as the triple component ASP displacement agent was investigated using local oil sands as samples. The asp flooding on the secondary development of 45° angle oil sands reservoir effect after hotwater flooding was tested, and the changing laws of sweep area for displacement agent, flooding effect and production of different direction horizontal well were also studied. The results showed that, displacement agent flowed to transverse area and affected area increased significantly, making the oil sands recovery improved for 18.91%, and production of the horizontal well which parallel to inclination of the reservoir is higher.

Electrolytic Simulation Experiment of Fractured Multilateral Horizontal Well

In recent years the multilateral horizontal well plays a more and more important role in the development of low permeability oil and gas reservoir, which is the effective method to exploit shale reservoir and tight sandstone reservoir. In order to further improve the yield, hydraulic fracturing cracks could be used to increase oil and gas production of multilateral horizontal well. Based on the water and electricity resembling principle, the experiment inspected the crack length, osmotic conditions,branch number, the influence of horizontal segment of the openhole and closed conditions. The results show that there existed the optimal length of cracks and the yield of each branch horizontal well was different|there existed yield differences between openhole completion and closure completion under the conditions of the same branch.
